America on Sunday blamed Iran for a lethal assault on an Israeli tanker off Oman and vowed an “acceptable response” was forthcoming.
The MT Mercer Avenue tanker was struck Thursday within the northern Indian Ocean, killing two crew members, in what the US mentioned was a drone-style assault.
