MEXICO CITY—Mexico’s authorities is suing a bunch of U.S.-based weapons producers in U.S. federal courtroom, arguing that the businesses actively facilitate the trafficking of weapons to Mexican drug cartels by way of their negligence.
Within the civil lawsuit filed Wednesday in U.S. District Courtroom in Boston, the Mexican authorities stated that the gun producers have been negligent and complicit in driving the violence that Mexico has suffered from drug cartels and different prison organizations lately.
