Inside Holly Willoughby’s WLYDE MOON X Kirstie Le Marque Jewelry Collaboration

British jewelry brand, Kirstie Le Marque has teamed up with everyone’s favorite TV presenter-meets-entrepreneur, author and all round blonde bombshell, Holly Willoughby on a 12-piece capsule collection, fittingly entitled, ‘Love You to the Moon & Back’.

Available from today, the WLYDE MOON X Kirstie Le Marque Jewelry line offers super sweet designs from, yes you’ve guessed it, diamond studded moon necklaces, to star huggies, heart onyx bracelets, and the star of the show: the spinning moonstone necklace. Donning future heirloom vibes (KLM is known for those) these women have come together to offer a collection of jewels that you’ll love everyday, and to quote Aretha Franklin, “there’s a star (and Wlyde Moon) for everyone.”

Claire Le Marquand of Kirstie Le Marque tells us more about the collaboration line.

Felicity Carter: Introduce us to the collection?

Claire Le Marquand: The 12-piece collection is called ‘Love You to the Moon & Back’ and has been co-designed by Holly Willoughby and Kirstie Le Marque. The collection is inspired by the magic of the moon, the stars and the sky and the designs very much reflect that. There’s movement in a few of our key items, such as the Crescent Moon and Star Necklace where the star literally spins around to reveal double-sided pavé diamonds. On our Diamond & Moonstone Necklace, the moon also orbits around the crescent and our Moonstone Drop Earrings are interchangeable, so you can wear them as studs or statement earrings. 

We’re so proud of this collection and have worked with some of KLM’s usual materials – pavé diamonds, mixed-metals, gold, silver – and some new ones such as moonstone, blue enamel, clear quartz and black onyx. 

FC: Holly Willoughby has long been a wearer of KLM, is that how the line came about?

CLM: Yes. Holly is a longtime friend of KLM’s co-founder, Claire, and was one of the brand’s earliest fans after Claire gifted her with our beautiful Angel Wing earrings. Holly has been a huge supporter of KLM and has always expressed a desire to collaborate with us in some way. After she had the idea for WYLDE MOON, we got together and spoke about this collaboration and the rest is history! 

FC: How long was it in the making?

CLM: We’ve been working on this for over a year. It’s been a wonderful process and a real labour of love. 

FC: What’s the price points of the collection?

CLM: Our prices vary from £100 to £495. Every single piece is thoughtfully-designed and made by the very best artisans from premium materials that are designed to be timeless heirlooms. 

FC: Which is your favourite piece and how do you style it up?

CLM: We love every single piece from the collection, but if we had to pick one it would be the Diamond Crescent Moon and Spinning Star Necklace. We love the classic KLM touch of mixed-metal materials and can’t resist a gorgeous crescent moon! The spinning star has diamonds on both sides so there’s plenty of sparkles and movement. The 18” chain can be worn at different lengths by hooking through the links so perfect for layering. It’s a great everyday piece, worn with jumpers but will take you through to an evening out. 

CLM: We love piling all of our jewellery together but the beauty of this collection is that everything looks fantastic worn alone or together with other jewellery, so there really is something for every style.
