Britney Spears’s lawyer is transferring swiftly in an try and take away her father, James Spears, from the conservatorship that has dominated her life and funds for the previous 13 years.
In a request filed in Los Angeles County Superior Courtroom on Thursday, Greenberg Traurig LLP’s Mathew Rosengart is asking Decide Brenda Penny to maneuver up the date of a Sept. 29 listening to, saying that Ms. Spears’s emotional and monetary well-being would profit from an expedited overview of her petition final month to take away her father from the conservatorship.
