Arlo, a luxury hotel brand, is an independent lifestyle hotel group headquartered in New York City, and is excited to announce its exclusive partnership between its Arlo SoHo property and the newly opened Allure Store, which is a beautiful brick-and-mortar shop filled with fantastic beauty buys – just as you would see in the award-winning Allure Magazine.
Starting since October 11th, guests of Arlo Soho hotel will receive an Allure Store tote bag complete with — full sizes – of the latest and award-winning skincare and beauty products. Along with the complimentary gift, each guest will receive a discount voucher good for a percentage off their entire purchase at the Allure Store, located just blocks from the hotel in the heart of the SoHo district. For Allure Store customers, Arlo Hotels will offer a 15% discount voucher valid for all bookings at any of its properties, located in New York City and Miami.

The Allure Store opened on July 1, 2021 and is located on Lafayette Street in New York City – just a quick 15-minute walk from Arlo SoHo

I spoke about this fascinating new partnership with Kiara Horwitz, Corporate Director of Public Relations for Arlo Hotels. And here is what she told me.
How did Arlo Hotels come to be the partner of The Allure Store? What is the background as to how this occurred?
They approached us – They had built the store and approached us because Arlo is a dream destination in SoHo – that’s what they said to us. Arlo Hotels is known for bringing cool partnerships to guests and neighbors. They wanted an exclusive partnership with us, to give to our guests and drive the experience to our guests and neighbors – with a wave of tourism coming back to SoHo. When COVID hit, travel was reduced and guests weren’t staying in hotels – now we are starting to see the area liven up. Every customer that checks in to SoHo gets a really cool sample bag of products (full-sized) and 10% discount. If you are a customer at the Allure store, you automatically get 15% off at any of our Arlo locations.
How far is the hotel from The Allure Store?
It’s less than a 15-minute walk. Some of our guests stay here specifically because of the partnership. People are super charged about this.
What are some of the products in the goodie bag?
Full sizes of brands include Elemis and WEN, they are participating for the three months but that will change. We include about 6-8 products in the tote bags. We give a substantial amount. These are high-quality products. (Note: Some of the other brands in the tote bag may include Australian brand Bondi Sands, SkinMedica, German brand Kneipp, Lumene from Finland, and many more prestige products.)
How long will this partnership be going on?
It is three months but we are extending it to be a broader partnership. It started October 11th.
What are Arlo Hotels famous for?
Our unique approach to service, accommodations, and our “activations” that feature partnerships, including fitness – instructors come in for yoga classes – we have live music in the hotel and complimentary access to it – we have a wellness program with instructors who do fitness on our rooftops. We have paint-and-sip nights and you can paint in watercolors and have a crafted cocktail as you do so. We do this every other week and guests love it.
What is the “best room” at Arlo SoHo and what is in it and what does it cost?
Our best room is our Queen Terrace, and King City view – prices range – Fridays and Saturdays are peak – from $159 plus tax to $349 plus tax.
Thread count of the bedding?
300. It’s 100% long-staple cotton.
What amenities are in bathroom?
From the neighborhood barber, Blind Barber – soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It’s local. They started in the East Village. We are exclusive to them – the only hotel that carries their products. They have even cut hair here on our property!
